25 + years of leadership as CT0, Chief Engineer and Firmware Design Engineer creating teams, designing, planning, and implementing highly engineered scalable and sustainable products for the telecommunications, global navigation satellite, industrial, mining, oil and gas industries.

Nortel Networks Established a low-cost design center in Beijing, China. Contributed to the creation of CDMA base station transceivers. Led teams and developed multiple processing platforms using a variety of microprocessors, microcontrollers, and system integration for telecommunications systems. Oversaw deep technical and complex investigations resolving systems behaviors. NovAtel. Led and managed a global team. Created technical and product roadmaps for a successful global launch of a software application for GNSS. Approach Controls Inc. Spearheaded a technology roadmap to successfully deliver industrial control and automation systems. Mage Networks, as Director of Engineering, building a team, and driving innovation to further propel product development initiatives forward.
