3. With our Mage50 plan, we offer a Guaranteed Minimum Bandwidth (GMB)™ which means you will always be able to have a Zoom meeting.

Support is available by phone and email from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT (Mountain Time).
On-call support is available daily, from 4 a.m. to midnight, including weekends and public holidays.
